Hello, my name is Adriana T. Torresan.

I'm an independent consultant specializing in fractional product management and UI/UX design for early-stage startups. I'm passionate about problem-solving and using technology to make a positive impact on people's lives. To achieve product-market fit and sustainable growth, I believe that having a fearless product strategy anchored in a clear vision and a deep understanding of customers' needs is crucial.

During my teenage years, I discovered my love for the arts, which led me to attend visual design school in Brazil. After completing grad school in new media in San Francisco and working in design for some time, I was drawn to entrepreneurship and delved further into the business world.

As a UI/UX designer and product manager, I've had the opportunity to contribute to various digital products for companies like Disney Imagineering, BMW Group Designworks, Capital Group, and Age of Learning. Later, as the founder and CEO of a GovTech SaaS platform, I launched a communication platform and secured a contract with the Office of the City Manager, at the City of Glendale, California. 

Today, I help early-stage founders validate their idea hypotheses, build, and launch products to achieve product-market fit and positive outcomes. I also offer complementary mentorship services through institutions such as TechStars and Latitud, among others.

Originally from Brazil, I now live in Los Angeles with my family. We are a trilingual household that values diverse perspectives. Embracing different cultures is integral to my approach as a product leader, as I believe it's key to creating truly global and successful products.
